Annual AGM Report
Thanks to everyone who came along to the AGM yesterday (July 17). It was fantastic to get such a great turnout and hopefully you all enjoyed the BBQ and bouncy castle afterwards.
For those who were not able to make it, the Executive Committee were pleased to elect a new Treasurer, Sarah Brown who will take over from myself after covering the role for the last 2 years and a new Secretary, Rachael Jones taking over from Ann Prescott who has stepped down after 2 years. Paul Prescott will be continuing in his role as Chair with Dave Delamere (Group Scout Leader & Scout Leader), Laura Henwood (Beaver Scout Leader) and Dave Philp (Cub Scout Leader) continuing in their roles. Myself, Josh Delamere, Jasmine Thorpe, Emily Butcher & Bobby Passingham were all also elected onto the committee.

A special congratulations to Kyle Aslaksen who was named Scout of the Year!
The past 12 months have been really enjoyable for us as leaders and we hope all the Scouts have enjoyed themselves just as much! We’re really looking forward to the next year but until then have a great summer and we’ll see you all again in September!
